Small Group Fitness Training
This training option allows between 2-4 individuals to workout with the benefit of a personal trainer at an economical rate, in person or on line. Live and virtual training available for those in other parts of the country. You will receive expert instruction with the support and accountability you need to reach your fitness goals. We offer fun, results-oriented workouts that combine resistance training, plyometrics, core training, as well as functional and flexibility training.
Here’s how it works:
- All Sessions are 45 minutes
- 1:1 training monthly rate:
- $350/1 time per week
- $550/2 times per week
- $750/3 times per week
Group Training:
- $25 Drop in rate
- $100-$250/month
- Based on number of sessions per week
