“After the birth of my second child, I foundleslie myself completely out of shape and nearly 40 pounds heavier a year postpartum.  I found myself depressed, lethargic and eating horribly.    Working full-time and having two small children at home made time an issue.  Having three herniated discs in my lower back made me hyper aware of my limitations and, quite frankly, a bit scared to jump back in the fitness saddle. I joined one of Staci’s small group fitness classes during my lunch hour.  I found Staci to be not only extremely knowledgeable, but also very supportive and upbeat. Between Staci’s encouragement, as well as the comradery of the others in my small group training class, I found myself looking forward to our lunch time workouts.  Staci remained aware of my various physical limitations and modified exercises accordingly.  Her gentle way of pushing me to work harder, but no so much that I injured myself (a nasty habit of mine) helped me to not only lose the extra 40 pounds I was carrying, but to excel in my fitness beyond where I was previously!

She mixes things up, keeping you both physically and mentally challenged and is constantly introducing new and exciting exercises and routines.
